Are you looking for something fun to do together with your children? Got to the Kinderboekenmuseum in Den Haag! In the Kinderboekenmuseum your children can walk through interactive expositions and meet all the characters of children’s books such as Kikker, Nijntje, Dikkie Dik and other famous animals. They will have fun for hours!
There are activities for very small children (3-6) and for older children (7+). It’s also really fun for adults, plus you’ll learn all about Dutch children’s literature!
The museum is located in the building of the Koninklijke Bibliotheek near Den Haag Centraal Station.

This spring  holiday you can see a theater performance of Pim & Pom. Two cats that became known in the 50’s and 60’s as ‘extras’ in the storys of Mies Bouhuys. They were drawn by Fiep Westendorp, a very famous Dutch illustrator (Jip en Janneke, Pluk van de Petteflet). Today the two funny cats are known from their own animation series. The performance is for 3+.
